Delivery times are estimates only and may vary based on carrier performance, weather conditions, inventory availability, holidays, and circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. PR Online Pet Shop is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional charges resulting from incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timelines become the responsibility of the carrier.

LIVE ANIMAL SHIPPING

Certain live animals may require local pickup, scheduled delivery, or specialized shipping arrangements.

PR Online Pet Shop reserves the right to delay or reschedule live animal shipments when weather conditions, temperatures, or transportation circumstances may place the animal's health or safety at risk.

The welfare of the animal will always take priority over shipping schedules.
