RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At PR Online Pet Shop, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review the following return policy.

Returns may be requested within fourteen (14) days of receiving your order. To qualify for a return, merchandise must be unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Live animals
• Opened food products
• Supplements
• Medications
• Grooming and hygiene products
• Customized or special-order items
• Clearance and final sale items

Products damaged during shipping must be reported within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery and accompanied by photos of both the product and packaging.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

PR Online Pet Shop reserves the right to inspect returned merchandise before approving any refund, replacement, or store credit.
